In the context of of field activities in the area of Bosanska Posavina members of BHHU ATRA performed their research of ecology of Garlic Toad (Pelobates fuscus) at three different locations. The survey was carried out in Central (municipality Modriča and Gradačac) and Eastern Posavina (Bijeljina municipality). In the framework of these studies, we have worked on the following research activities: (1) microhabitats preferences and thermal ecology, (2) dispersion of individuals in the population (method of transect), (2) the density of individuals in the population (squares method) and (4) nutrition preferences (method of gastric lavage).
